If that's what you like, well Cool Runnings is the place to visit.

Slightly steep hill with a cable pully system that pulls the toboggan uphill.

This is what awaits the adventurous few who dare to sit on the toboggan sled. Keep your hand on the stick keeping it upright allows you slowdown the ride.. or push it forward to speed up the ride.

Cool Runnings is a family orientated park, with a nice atmosphere of fun in the sun.... while you hurtle downhill at your own speed. You can go quite fast, but be aware that if you don't stick to the track or sides... well physics can make you fly !!!.

Finally reaching the top of the hill, we wait in great anticipation for the thrilling ride downhill. It is a 1.25 km long track giving you a surprise at every turn.

This is definitely a "MUST DO" item on your itinerary when visiting Cape Town.

I rate it 4 / 5 as a fun and enjoyable activity.  When you're finished whizzing down the hill, there is a lovely take away place for some great food.
